Hi! I’m Barb Helfman, President of TOPsiders, Inc. I’ve been an interior plantscaper for over 25 years and, at one time, owned the largest such company in Southwestern Ohio.
Early on I became very involved with industry associations, IPA, ALCA, and OFA, and have served on their Boards of Directors. At one point, I was asked to speak and this led to a long line of seminars and presentations covering a wide range of industry topics.
In addition to speaking, I’ve been a writer for Interiorscape Magazine for over 19 years and in 1997 I was inducted into CIPA’s Industry "Hall of Fame". Currently, I act as one of three spokespersons for "Plants At Work" our industry information and marketing project. In other words, folks, I know this business!
My goal is simply to apply my knowledge and experience to help the plantscapers I work with succeed. My coaching and consulting programs are structured to accomodate everyone, from the new plantscaper to the most experienced.
